For Damage/Defect Claims:
All concerns must be accompanied by an unboxing video meeting these criteria:

Continuous footage showing:
• Unopened package seals/tamper-proof tags
• Full package contents before removal
• Clear close-ups of any alleged defects
Submitted within 48 hours of delivery
